The NKADD’s Workforce Division is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Stakeholder and Compliance Coordinator.
This role is responsible for executing communication plans between NKWIB staff and outside partners, board and committee preparation and responding to state and federal reporting requests. The employee will be expected to handle such duties as organizing meetings and events with various partner agencies, coordinating local responses to grant applications and regulatory compliance deadlines, board and committee announcements and meeting preparation, sharing information for use on various social media platforms and relationship tracking management. Records management, creating organizational systems for electronic and paper files, and monitoring compliance calendars for various grants are among the essential responsibilities in this role. Completion of at least an Associate’s degree. A combination of training and experience will be considered. The ideal candidate for this position is a well-organized, self-starter with excellent customer service skills. Strong administrative skills including fluency in the Microsoft Office suite required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task while effectively prioritizing assignments and will be capable of working independently as well as accepting direction on given assignments. Maintaining positive work relationships and a professional demeanor is critical to this role.
