The Northern Kentucky Area Development District is soliciting Requests for Proposals for General Legal Services. Proposals are due April 18, 2022 at 4:30pm.

- Based upon the NKADD’s current needs, can you provide an estimate of the monthly hours that you project are dedicated by general legal counsel for ordinary day-to-day operations?
NKADD’s utilization of legal services varies quite a bit per month, depending on issues that require legal attention. As far as ordinary day-to-day operations, it would estimate at 3-5 hours per month. - Is the NKADD looking for a proposal that consists of a monthly retainer, or hourly rate, or a combination of both? It would be helpful to know if there is a preference.
