The Northern Kentucky Area Development District is soliciting Request for Proposals for Aging Program Services of Legal Assistance, SHIP and Transportation in all 8 counties as well as Senior Center Operations in Carroll, Grant, Gallatin, and Owen Counties.

Questions and Answers
Question 1: I see that the last few pages are the same, (in kind donations, etc). Do I need to complete every time? It seems like I should that they are for each field (legal assistance, transportation, etc.). If I do need to fill them out for every section, is the name of organization staying Owen County Fiscal Court/Senior Center, or would that change, like for transportation would it be Owen County Fiscal Court/Public Transit?
Answer: Legal and SHIP service sections do not need to be filled out unless you are applying to provide those services. Regarding the match forms, you just need to complete the in-kind space form, which covers both match for center operations and transportation
